Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at saynessence@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where (Canary Islands, Spain) to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.



 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • custom or personalized products

  • items marked as final sale

  • gift cards

 For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 


 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


 Refunds

 We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 Return Shipping Costs

 Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 International Returns

 We accept international returns. However, customers are responsible for: 

  • return shipping costs

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • any additional fees associated with the return shipment

 These costs are determined by the local customs authorities and are not controlled by SAYN. SAYN is not responsible for items lost or delayed during international return shipping.

 


Customs and Import Duties

 For international orders, customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. 

SAYN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 


Waterproof Jewelry Disclaimer

 SAYN jewelry is designed to be water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.

However, to preserve the longevity and appearance of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or extreme conditions. Normal wear over time may naturally affect the finish of plated jewelry.
